New Pallet Manufacturing:

New pallets are manufactured using either high-tech high-volume Viking nailers for standard size pallets to hand held pneumatic nailers for custom size and constructed pallets. McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. has the ability to custom cut and assemble large quantities on premises using our personnel. We do not broker our customer's orders!

Reconditioned Pallets:

McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. reconditioned pallet department is broken into four distinct units: pallet separation, pallet repair, pallet dis-mantling and quality control.
  • The pallet separators pull out useable size pallets, pallets deemed un-repairable to be ground into wood chips, and pallets to be dis-assembled to be used for repairing pallets and/or made into custom re-manufactured pallets.


  • Pallet repairers remove and replace broken or missing boards from existing pallets.


  • Pallet dis-mantlers take apart pallets that are not useable in their present state. The individual components are then cut to size for customer's orders and re-nailed.


  • Quality Control inspects repairs done to pallets and assures that pallets are assembled according to customer specifications.
Re-Manufactured Pallets:

Using components previously dis-mantled, assemblers re-assemble and nail components into customer-specific pallet orders. These pallets can be assembled using a combination of both new and used components to meet customer needs.

Pallet Disposal Services:

McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. has a fleet of over seventy-five trailers for pallet scrap removal. The most cost-effective method to remove pallets is with a drop and hook approach. Trailers are dropped at customer locations. When the trailer is full, customers call our customer service department and arrange to have an empty van dropped in its place. In addition, live loads of pallets can be arranged for customers without available dock space.

Bulk Landscape Mulch:

McNeilly Wood Products, Inc. produces over 20,000 tons of wood chips annually. These chips are mixed with organic colorants and died into decorative landscape mulch. Bulk mulch is available for delivery on our own walking floor trailers.
